I thought it was just me. LOL. I had to reset my timezone last night for the same reason. I had noticed that the time was off by an hour all along, but I just assumed that it wasn't allowing for DST--maybe it is, now.
Anyway, I reset your time zone to GMT-4, (rather than GMT-3), so that should solve the problem, (unless I went the wrong way).
