Remember when I told you about starting a new Queue at work>> The Online technical support?? Well today our bosses told us that 12 top agents were picked to start a new Queue in our building. We already have this one in other parts of the country. It's call AST ( Accounts supervisory Team) The only thing above this one is Corporate Office. And I am One of the 12 agents. Plus I get a raise. Yahoo!! My mouth fell open. I knew I had great stats but in the top 12 over all others. I nearly fell over. We start training the 27th of this month for 2 weeks. They also based this decision on calls that were taped. Love oma

The Jelous employee does not bother me. It all comes out in the wash. I think we got her because no one else wants her. That's bad to say I know/ But they see her coming and they try to exit. Love Oma
