Polly mentioned Against the Grain by Jax Peters Lowell in one of her posts and it is indeed a very helpful book and funny besides. I found it at the library and even tho it is 10 years old, it has some helpful info about gluten free living. Also some funny things to say in response to questions people throw at you about why you eat or don't eat the way you do.
