Our Old Home
Morning All,
Have been just watching our "old home" and it seems to be sinking fast. Posts are minimal and to see slow responses and little to no information is disheartening to newcomers there.
It is quickly fading from my radar and seems to be such a loss.
Tex, you have created a wonderful new home here and it is so great to have an informed and loving family here.
Maggie

I too have been going back and taking a look. There is one post that asks, " Where's Peggy and Wayne?" but it is not doing so well, the vibe is just not good. Anyway, I am so happy that this place was set up for us, and that Wayne took the time to do so much on our behalf. Also thanks to the many other helpers that work within our board.
Some of the smiley's are just the cutest. The bestest I think is the red head little girl in braids, I mean does that not say Peggy or WHAT? Especially since Peg chose the picture of her dressed up like Pippy longstocking. Now did you have that in mind when you found that one Wayne? No doubt.
But honestly, the various different things that one can do on this site are wicked. And are so helpful for us with memory problems.
Just a big thanks for finding us a new home.
Gentle hugs
Wendy

I don't go there anymore, but why am I not surprised to hear the news?
Wayne, it really worries me about when we open this to the public. One of the problems with the old board was that it just got too big for me to control. And I didn't want to "control" anybody in the first place. I have no suggestions which is why I didn't implement them the last time. I hope you don't need any suggestions. Maybe you have it all figured out. I hope so.
Lots of love,
Sally

Hi All,
Maggie, I don't even go back there any more--it makes me too sad.
Yes, Wendy, that smiley definitely has "Peggy" written all over it. LOL.
Sally, I'm sure I don't have it all figured out, but since this is a team effort, we'll learn as we go, and do what we have to do.
Love,
Wayne

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

So true Katy.
I don't think there will be any one that can take away who we are and the "spirit" of this board.
I miss the old board but the way it used to be. I rarely go there and seldom do I post anything. I have little precious time and would rather be here! I do feel bad for the newbies looking for help. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found all of you. You need a lot of support in those first few months.
Hugs,
Lori (back to work, lunch time offically over )
