Well I am closer to your brother than I am to Doug---we have to travel 2,600 miles when doing the Snow-biriding visit!!!!
WOW-------and U are down the road from your brother----well maybe a FEW roads???
And ---we are about 30 miles from the big NOO YAWK CITY---thats why it was so easy for us to get in to meet Peg--
We cross the George Washington Bridge --travel down the highway till we get to the of the big city---
Sometimes we go and see what the old neighborhood looks like---and then I --cus I miss my old homestead and growing up and all the fun we had on the Lower East Side of the City---but *time* moves us on -and we *move* with it----at least we do have the good --fun--memories to *move* with us~~~~
Boy, I must be meloncholy again----I KNOW---that all comes with (the fa mous saying) AGE!!!!!!
At least I am still around to *remember*

the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control
Yes, I live less than a mile from my brother, (across a pasture).
I live just slightly over a mile away from where I lived when I was born, (just up the creek). Of course, that old house is long gone now, and that little farm has been part of a bigger one for decades, but I still remember roughly where it was located.
Yep, memories are priceless, and recalling those memories is probably good brain exercise, to help keep us sharp. That's the biggest advantage we have over kids - our brains are filled with a gazillion memories, while their "file cabinets" are still almost empty. LOL.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
