I'm a MJ, too (first and middle name). I just wanted to say thanks again for the dogtorj link. He's pretty darn evangelistic, but fun to read! His theory on why some celiacs don't respond quickly to the gf diet is very smart, I think. Ditto about the lady nutritionist in CA (her name escapes me right now.) I don't like to admit it, but I read her thesis on forgiveness (I think that's the title) and it struck a chord. Smart lady.
