Another Ice Cream Recipe

Another Ice Cream Recipe

2 cups non-dairy milk (almond, rice, hempseed)
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
2/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches
Mix together & put in a freezable container
I have also used just a cup and a half of lightly chopped pecans instead of the berries.
