GF/DF Fudge

GF/DF Fudge

2-1/2 cups sugar
3-1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup DF milk
2 tablespoons corn syrup (Use corn syrup recipe that I provided)
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a saucepan put the sugar, cocoa, salt and mix well
Add the DF milk and corn syrup
Over medium high heat bring it to a boil until it reaches 235 (sodt ball stage)
Remove from heat and stir it quickly for 2 minutes.
Add the vanilla
Pour into a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish
Cool slightly in the fridge
Then take it out and score it and cut into squares
Then put it back in the fridge to cool completely
