Hi everyone!
Been so busy lately but haven't forgotten anyone! Glad to see the newbies and cheering on those who are seeing improvement!

Celebrated our 30th anniversary yesterday - received red roses and a awesome card from hubby! Boy was I suprised! LOL

Eye surgery is Wednesday the 21st - not looking forward to it. Rather scared actually. Hoping that it will improve the problems. Will have to wear a patch for a few days and then have stitches removed - guess I'll have a doosy of a black eye too! I'll be off thru the holiday and back to work on Tuesday the 27th since I work in an office and I don't have to lift.

My car broke down this week - we are hoping that it isn't something serious. I will have it checked tomorrow and keeping fingers crossed that I can afford it! I have had to get a ride to and from work and am lost without one in the evenings since Larry works nights.

If it's not one thing, it's another!! LOL

:happyanniversary: Congratulations on the 30th. That's a milestone to be proud of.

It's good to see you posting. I'm glad to see that you at least had some good times, (the anniversary), mixed in with the bad stuff, (car problems and the upcoming surgery). I was afraid that you might have been AWOL because your eyes were bothering you so much that you didn't feel like reading and typing.

You're right, most of the time it seems as though when something goes wrong, something else will go wrong before we can get the first problem corrected. I hope the car problem is quick and easy to repair, (and cheap, or at least reasonable), and I'll be sending good thoughts for the best possible outcome for the surgery next week.

Happy 30th Anniversary!!!

Good luck with your eye surgery and hopefully your car will be an easy fix.
Diagnosed with MC on 1/8/2008 after 7 months of flare. 2nd colonoscopy and new diagnosis of UC on 3/11/2008.

Mars....so very glad to hear from you & congratulations on the big anniversary date!! :happyanniversary: You will be remembered on your surgery day for sure and prayed for. I sure hope that htis time it will take care of the problem for good! :smile:
