Pork Kabobs

Pork Kabobs

Take 2# of boneless pork loin or cutlets and cut them in chunks
In a ziploc bag put:
!/4 c olive oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup mock soy sauce
Put the pork chunks in the ziploc with the marinade and in the fridg for 2-3 hours.
Then in a bowl add:
1 can pineapple chunks
2 red peppers sliced (not thin)
1 sweet onion sliced (not thin
3 tablespoons oil
salt/pepper
Toss well.
Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes in cold water.
Thread the pork & pineapple, peppers, sweet onion on the skewers.
Fire up the grill to medium/high and grill kabobs for 20 minutes or until pork is nicely browned.
