I Found Out Why The Board Was Down Friday For So Long

It wasn't due to an equipment problem at my ISP, after all. Someone apparently damaged a major fiber optic cable south of Waco, Tx. I'll bet that turned out to be an expensive mistake for some unlucky contractor.
