OK---here I am
Well had boobs pressed---*no starch* and everything is ok---then went cross the hall and had bones scanned and then off to PT---and when I left there I was in horrific pain ---so I thought no more until I get results of MRI---
Had MRI*w* contast Friday--and had the nicest tech's handeling me--and I told DION--the Tech---better tell me that the CEEMENT is still in the right place---this was another chat-- --cus he was amazed with the way that a compound fracture of the back can be resolved with CEEMENT--has heard of it but was very Xcited to see it on the screen--
then I got a call that my cousin Pete passed away----and this upset me cus my brother Robert and all the cousins are a year or 2 apart--and he never told me that he had a heart problem---so the week has been the pits--
then I went for a discussion with my GI's PA---I was confused cus he told me all was ok but being I am a new patient I had to be seen by his PA---and she went over all my issues---told me more of the testing that GI did--no bacteria---collagan (spelling) in good shape and just have a LOOPY lower part of the colon-- --
Soooo I had a few days of just totally Xhausted---annoyed and sad that my Pete is gone BUT I thought--wow---now Robert has his cousin with him--
Sorry if I am all amuck with the psoting but thats how I feel---*amucked*
And this too shall improve----thats what MR. LOUIE ORDERED!!! of course he used some words that I would NEVER use ---I lie too--
Have a good weekend----

the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control
So sorry to hear of your loss.
Sounds like you got the works partner, with mammo, bone density scan, GI visit and the MRI.... No wonder you've been exhausted!!
I'll try to put a smile on that face by sharing my last mammo visit!!
Did the usual, everything off from the waist up, put the pasties on, then the tech doing my mammo asked it I'd mind if a male tech in training could observe..
My reply to her was, "Not unless he wants to put his noodle up on the mammo pad to be sqashed!!!!!!" Sorry, that was a no go!!!
Maybe what we need to get you outta that funk is another chat soon to cheer you up!!
Hope Lou is recovering well..
Coming from me to you!!
Love
Dee~~~~

Hugs Barbara....sorry for your loss kiddo...let's hope next week will be better. I have been in a miny funk...still miss my cat, trying to stay busy....end of quarter is next week, but I start teaching summer quarter 2 weeks from then. Sigh....somewhere in there, I need to find a new place to live....hope to move in mid-July...but who knows??? I hate to commute from my new location back to Tacoma 4Xweek to teach....gas is soooo expensive now....So, that has been my life....pretty boring.....Love, JJ
Hi Sis,
Condolences on the loss of your cousin. You think he's with Robert now? Is he the one who taught you to smoke?
Hey, you gotta get a LIFE instead of all of these medical appts. LOL! Ain't it fun getting older??? NOT!
Love,
Polly

Hi Barb, so sorry to hear about your cousin. Heart problems can just sneak up on you like that. You just never know.
Sounds as though you have had a real going over with the tests. All you need now is a grease & oil change & you will be like brand new.
It is raining cats & dogs here at the moment. Just hope a bit of it is falling over the dams. They kept telling us it was going to rain but every day there was a cloudless blue sky. Our tanks are overflowing now even with me filling my hydro theraphy spa bath, twice. The old bones have been twinging a fair bit & it is great to get in there & soak the pains away for a while.
Lotsa love

Moarning Barbara,
So sorry to hear that you cousin passed but you definitely are right in that he will keep Robert company.
You have been through the wringer and I surely hope it improves soon. Hopefully Dee's story made you laugh.
Love, Mags
