We had a couple beautiful days, but then southern Ohio started getting hit with some wicked storms & tornados. Where we were we were under a tornado watch this morning, so we got the flock out of there.
Monday I planted flowers in my flowerbeds that I have around the trailer.
Washed down all of my cupboards inside and out in the trailer and put some more shelving in a couple of them.
After inside was done, I planted green beans, some watermelon plants and roma tomatoes. The farmer tilled a nice size area for we campers to plant anything that we want.. I love it!!
Tuesday I was out washing down the whole front, east & west sides of the trailer. Had to stop because of rain.. Next time down, I'll finish the back.
Sooooooo, those were my fun fillled days.
Now. if we could just get rid of this darn stormy, rainy weather !!!!
Hope our whole summer isn't like this!!!

Dee,

Hey, it's good to see you're back. It sounds like you worked almost the whole time, though. I hope that on the next trip, you can relax, at least some of the time.

We may be in for a rotten summer for the opposite reason - it's too hot, too dry, and too windy, here. LOL. IOW, typical Texas weather.

funny how the weather seems to be unsual all over....we are still having rain and clouds and temp in the low 60's...everywhere I go I hear people wishing for summer...me too....

OOOOPS!!! I had no idea the weather was so wicked where you all are!! Have been watching the news reports and the tornado warnings in areas that one doesn't ususally see tornados....Dee....how are you & how is the weather where you are? Continuous rain isnothing compared to those kinds of storms....hope all is well with you....the FOx news gal said it stretched all the way down to Texas....hope all is well in the BIG state of Texas!

Hi Dee,

Well the two of us are in the same boat with the weather band with you getting it first.

How is this for a sudden change - tomorrow it is to be 97 degrees with acceleration to 99 on Monday and Tuesday. From the cold to the month of August within a couple of days. We were going to bird tomorrow - always my birthday tradition - but at 97 degrees we decided to just stay home and relax. The heat would put the birds "down" anyways.

Dee and Barbara - stay cool.
