I wondered why they had not already tried some of those exercises - so they have tried them, after all. Maybe they can change something up a bit, or add some more exercises, and get better results, (anything would be better than surgery, obviously, if it will work). Yep, if anyone would know, Doug would.

Galahad-----I forgot to add this ---

I also ride the bike for 20 minutes

do a wall press

use this one step thing and he uses that tems machine --which is awesome---pads on both butts---and then the machine slowly stimulates the irrated nerves---
and he also does a firm press on the sternum to (as he words it) balance both sides of me---

this is a 2 hour workout twice a week ---

being the pain had eased but returned with a vengence --thus the MRI with contrast to check issues---

and I forgot this item---also have 2 cysts on my kidney---but this appears to be something that is not devastating--!!!common!!!!

I am seeing my GP--and the group are RENAL specialist--so I am not to worried about the cysts---

And I am gearing towards NO surgery---well :xfingers: that the neuro will agree----

have a great weekend--

Mrs. Columbo,

It sounds like you're gettin' a pretty good workout. I'm kind of surprised that all that treatment hasn't already done the job.

This probably doesn't have anything to do with anything, but just out of curiosity, regarding those mysterious "spots" that you had on your lung, (or lungs), a few years ago - did you ever hear a doctor describe the spots as cysts?

Hope you have a great weekend, too.
