This segment of the industry has really taken off this year, with new products, or modified products, showing up on the store shelves at a rate that is almost unbelievable, compared with past history. This is obviously a very encouraging trend.

I felt sorry for my girlfriend who has to have low salt but GF sounds like a really big pain to me. We have no health food store out here.
I have met a woman who owns a health food store and she seemed to be very knowledegable unlike some uneducated clerks in the stores. I'll probably check her store first.
