HEY GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I know I am late but thanks sooooo much! I got the card from "the group" and I actually forgot that i would get one and then it showed up!!!

On my birthday I went to an Arizona Diamonbacks game with some friends. Good times. And I got a new puppy as a present.

I think of you all quite often, I just dont have the time to make it to the keyboard since my work load has increased by oh about a million. End of fiscal year for accounts is great fun!!!

I still feel well for the most part- I do have a few days here and there but who doesnt? I stay away from gluten, dairy, high fiber, and tomoato... But when I overdue it with chocolate or margs I dont feel very good! But I know about 3 years ago I was wishing for some, any, a tiny bit of relief and i am lucky enough (knock on wood) to have achieved remmission thru diet alone. And none of that would have been possible without you guys!

From my low of 117 pounds- I now weigh 135 on a good day - still a far cry from the 155 I was at before but time will tell. I am able to eat more foods without them bothering me and basically I am back to enjoying life again. I am playing baseball again this year in the adult league and I love it. However I just fractured my toe playing tennis (of all sports) so I will be about for about 4 weeks.

I hope you are all doing well and I hope to check in again soon!!! Thanks again for the birthday wishes and of course the card Barb!
Dr Fine test shows positive for gluten and casien but negative for soy, eggs, and yeast
Maybe its UC maybe its MC? Who knows at this point, but at least I know my intollerances now... so heres to the road to healing!

DD#2 lives in Peoria AZ near to some stadium.....

It was good to read your post.

Tell us about your puppy.

We went over to the new house of a former colleague of DH. I had porch and dog envy.

Hey Andrew!

It's great to hear from you again. I'm glad that things are going so well, (sorry about all the extra work, though), and it's nice to hear that you've got a new puppy again.

I hope the diet continues to work as well for you.

Thanks for the update - we really appreciate that, since we learn so much from feedback.

Take care, and please don't be a stranger,
Tex
