Tessa - it appears that Nestea is gluten free

Post by moremuscle »

Hi Tessa,

I was reading some of Jean's posts in the "Info on Diet" room and noticed she writes that Nestea is Ok. Please read for yourself by clicking on the following link:

I hope you are feeling better - but I noticed your post and I know you are not. Did the nap help?

Love,
Karen

Oh, thank you Karen... That was a great news. Coke seems to be very negative for me (in fact, all drinks with gas) and I can only drink some juices, water, tea and lipton... Therefore, when I found Nestea I liked it so much.

When I started the GF diet I was afraid it had gluten... At least something familiar to me... in my diet.

Thank you.
Love,
Tessa.

Yeah, Tessa -isn't it cool when you start to find all the things you CAN eat!!!

Gluten free is not so bad - you just have to find the foods/drinks/snacks/and desserts that DO work for you and there are many.

I think you will find many more small reasons to celebrate as the days go by - thumbs up for finding a drink you like.

Love,
Karen

P.S. Looks like it works for OMA too - another reason to celebrate

Tessa,

Be sure the Nestea is unsweetened and lemon free. I haven't checked their other products.

And remember, M&M's are gluten free!!!

Love, Jean
