Calling Tex about my Angels!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tex:
Thank You so much for the angels. It's not nice to make a lady cry unless it's tear of joy and happiness. Since my tears this a.m. were tears of joy I forgive you for making me cry. Usually my tears are from pain or Big D! It was GREAT shedding real tears just because someone made me feel special and that someone is you.
Love and God Bless:
Jodi

Hi Joan:
It was awesome this a.m. seeing the angels, As you can probably already tell I'm a Big fan of Angels. It's probably because I have one of my very own and the angel's Tex put up for me just made my day happier than ever.
Have a busy day today, have a weigh in at the dr's? Arghhhhhh!!!!!!!! Pray for me to at least have not lost anymore. Maybe 1/4 of a lbs would be nice but Dear Lord don't let me have lost anymore.
It really scares me that I've lost so much weight and I'm trying desperately to at least not loose anymore but how can I put weight on when the things that I can eat don't have "squat!!!!!" for calories.
Enough about "weight" don't want to go there until later, but will keep you posted on what I find out.
Love and God Bless!

Thanks Jodi,
I appreciate the kind words.
I'll tell you something. Before my symptoms started, I never cried - I mean never cried. I'm not sure how this disease changes us, but once the symptoms began, it didn't take long for me to realize that I now shed tears at the drop of a hat. And, of course, just reading your and Joan's remarks in this thread, made me all misty-eyed.
You are special, of course- we all are, and we're particularly special to each other, since we're walking similar paths, and feeling the same symptoms and emotions. We all have to fight depression, and a sense of isolation, at times, but it's easier to do, with the support of our "family".
I hope you surprise your doctor with a weight gain, if not today, then next time, for sure. We may need to talk about that diet.
Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
