I just joined a group of over 200 members and a lot lurkers who belong to an online Microscopic Colitis help site. One of our members had an emergency at one of your stores and was denied the use of the bathroom. This is an outrage. You can be certain that you have a lot fewer customers now. Our members have friends and family and they will all be told about your heartless company and boycott it.

I would like to hear from someone of authority in your company about this policy. Would you like this treatment for yourself or your loved ones if you were in the same situation?

I plan to write online complaint sites and spread the word about your company. Newspapers, radio, and TV might also be interested in this true story.

OMG Joan I think your e-mail is direct and to the point. All I did that day was try to get out as quick as I could without anyone seeing my tears or messing myself at the counter. Thank You so Much. Maybe making others aware is what needs to be done. Reese is just a small community and I have lots of friends and family there and through out Tuscola County.

We have a county newspaper called Tuscola County Advertiser they have a special interest writer there, her name is Mary Drier. Maybe she would be interested in doing an informative column without bashing businesses without public restroom policies but making them aware of the urgency that exsist at times where they need to wave the "No Exceptions" policy.
