Your aunt's paintings are wonderful and intriguing.

Tell her she is great - come speak on the East Coast USA and I will see her.

That is such a sweet story! I agree with Polly, I would never trust a man who didn't like animals. The kittys sound beautiful.

Thanks for the website :pigtail: I love art, going to check it out now.

Jaco, a parrot in Salzburg, could not only speak but seemed to understand grammar. Whenever his person left, Jaco would say "God be with you." But when several people were departing, Jaco would change it to "God be with all of you."

Well good, I'm glad Meg is okay. I think too that once it gets a little too messy back there, they don't like having to clean themselves, and I dont' blame them. I swear Cooca would make faces at herself.

No sign of Cocoa. Like Geoff says, it would be nice just to know and have closure. I lost a cat when I was in high school this way. We had just moved, so figured she ran away because she didnt' like the move. We've been here long enough I don't think that is it with Cocoa.

Hey Momster...thanks for your kind words....I guess where there's life, there's hope...sigh. I have been teaching summer art camp all week and haven't been around much...I am with the kids, grades 3-9, all day! I have one group of 15 for painting and drawing in the morning, and a group of 16 in the afternoon for arts and crafts...I am there from 8-almost 5....my feet hurt and I am a bit frazzled, but OK. I only have a couple of stinkers, but they are manageable...ha ha...will be around more soon...take care...JJ

PS The parade of tall ships went by today..I could see the maritime parade from my classroom window which over looks Commencemnent Bay....I had goose bumps...the kids and I were hooting and cheering!!!! The tall ship from Russia was huge and gorgeous...I may try to visit the ships over the weekend...yippee!
