Dear Barbara and Everyone

Post by Becky »

Barbara,
You were in my thoughts last night and the serenity prayer came to mind. Someone shared it with me when my mom was dying of cancer and I was having some of the same feelings you are. It gave me a lot of peace and perspective and hoped it might give you some too.

"Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference."

To everyone else, I thought this went along with an mc diagnosis as well!

Hope everyone has a great day.

Becky:

I'm very familiar with the Serenity Prayer and there is so much power in this prayer. So glad you picked this time to share and remind us of those very powerful words. Thank You So Very Much.

Love and God Bless:
Jodi

Hi Becky,

I have the prayer posted at my work desk and a few places around my home. It has helped me through many a hard time.

Love, Maggie
