Barbara,
You were in my thoughts last night and the serenity prayer came to mind. Someone shared it with me when my mom was dying of cancer and I was having some of the same feelings you are. It gave me a lot of peace and perspective and hoped it might give you some too.
"Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference."
To everyone else, I thought this went along with an mc diagnosis as well!
