More Good News About Foods That Are "Allergen Free"

Post by tex »

Hi All,

The market for foods manufactured and certified to be free of certain items that cause some people to have allergic or intolerance reactions, continues to rapidly expand.

This segment of the industry has really taken off this year, with new products, or modified products, showing up on the store shelves at a rate that is almost unbelievable, compared with past history. This is obviously a very encouraging trend.

YEA!

I felt sorry for my girlfriend who has to have low salt but GF sounds like a really big pain to me. We have no health food store out here.

I have met a woman who owns a health food store and she seemed to be very knowledegable unlike some uneducated clerks in the stores. I'll probably check her store first.
