The Jelous employee

Well. she is at it again, very subtly but at it. She upset me the other day because somethig happened in the class room. it didn't start with me, but ended with me. To make a long story short, The instructor heard it and called me on it. Yes, I shouldn;t have said it but she wasn't in the room and I had reached a level that was near flowing over. Someone else started the flow of comments and because of my history with her all the instructor heard was my comment. My supervior said not to worry, he is concidering a meeting with the floor manager and a meteator to settle all this once and for all.
Everyone thinks she's mental. I almost feel as if I am stalked. Anyway I blew up and lost it. I told the sup and instructor all I want is for her to find another object of frustration and leave me alone. This woman effected my eval and raise and reports my every mis-step or what she percieves as a mis-step to any sup that will listen.
I avoid her like the plague and pray she doesn't speak to me. She's a frail poor me person. Anyway******I just had to vent before I rip her head off. I have just tried so hard to stay away from her.

You can talk any way you want! We get the picture. Hopefully the supervisors will too.

I just can't believe that the floor manager or a supervisor hasn't picked up on this employee's behaviour before this!
I know that you have tolerated and avoided her to no avail..
To me, you had every right to let it rip!!!!
Hoping this problem gets resolved because I know how hard it is to go into work when there is a negative employee!!!!

My sup is going to have a talk with her with the floor manager present. The floor manager we have now just moved to this queue with us and only had the story from the previous Floor manager, whom by the way felt sorry for Her and caved in to her alot. That won't happen with the sup's that mugrated with us to the new dept.
I did however find out the the rest od the class feels the same way I do about her. Several of them want to duct tape her mouth during class.
Hopefully this will get resolved. My sup has put me far away from her in the seating arrangement. Bless him. He told me this am not to worry that He knew what was going on, and would take care of it. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. All of us in the class think she Mental. Anyway that's where it is right now. Love Oma

surely there must be a grievance procedure with the employer. That is total harrassment!! I dont blame you for wanting to rip her head off...

Yes there is a procedure for this, but she wierd. She will act like that then when the im portant people aren't looking she does this crap. Today the class was having a conversation between tests and lessons and someone mentioned a fellow employee on another floor. And a class mate said what does he look like. Jelous employee said he has light brown hair, I said actually he has dark brown to black hair and everyone said yeah it's dark. Jel Empy said nothing but when My back was turned my friend said she gave me a dirty fac e type look. Then when It came time to go home she wouldn't get on the elevator with me in it. So we went down and left her to wait for the next one.
I think the bosses are waiting, giving her all the rope she needs to hang herself. I cannpt believe someone is that petty over nothing.
I Make sure I am not in any room alone with her. What fun when we play with the crazies huh? Love Om a

Sound very much like she has self esteem issues..possibly a little envious of you herb lady.Could be you are more popular than her and she resents this..Otherwise she has other ongoing underlying issues in her life and this is her way of off loading by being negative to others...

Life is way to short to deal with disfunctional people.......sorry that your having to. Try my trick with her, next time she starts up, look her straight in the eye and growl at her....

Even if she doesn't shut up, she will hopefully shy away from the crazy chick that growls....has worked everytime for me...
