Hey Luce! You have wide set eyes - so do I. Like you, mine are not as wide set as Jackie Kennedy's. But in the 1960's, when I was in Washington DC, people sometimes used to mistake me for Jackie. She was older and had brown eyes, not blue, but the overall "look" was very similar at that time.
Also, since you brought up the name, I have often wondered if Jackie had undiagnosed celiac or gluten sensitivity. Her voice was husky, she had trouble with pregnancies and she died of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. I know this is just wild speculation on my part but I do wonder.
Love,
Carrie

Interesting
Particularly since the her husband is certain to have had it.
Wow, perhaps we should have Caroline checked out!
By the way, my best friend actually knew Jackie, and liked her very much. Did you know that she was actually a fairly large woman? Just talking about her physical structure.
I've wondered about a friend of mine who also died of non-Hodgkin's. She got it fairly late in life -- so sad. I wonder if smoking combines with the celiac/gs to compound the likelihood of developing the NHL?
If I remember correctly, Jackie was a smoker, and this friend was also. I know that smoking and alcohol consumption combined are more contributory to bladder cancer than the two single risk factors added together, so this makes me wonder about the smoking combined with gs.
Interesting, indeed. Did you happen to have one of those little A-lined, double breasted dresses, by any chance?
Yours, Luce
