Really Frustrated
Well, I had the pharmacist (who I went to HS with) check if my meds are gf. I'm into day 4 of the worst reaction I've had in 6 years. The sad thing is that I don't know if I trust the manufacturer to know what ingredients contain gluten. What is all your experience with pharmacists and drug manucturers?

Katy----sorry to hear that problem--
Anytime I needed info---I either went to talk with the pharmacist or the best way is to call your meds. plan---thats if U are covered by one--and have had great results with their info.----
Lou and I are now under Caremark---and I have called them in reference to some changes and they were very informed on issues!! This be for the sensitivity that my tummy might Xperience when the DAW is not put on my prescription--
Wish I could be of more help and hope U *settle* down
Do U think it could be a *bug* creeping around???
Take care Katy-

Katy,
I don't have any answers for ya but just wanted to pass on good wishes for a speedy recovery!
Lots of hugs,

Hi Katy,
Are you having any fever? There's a pretty persistent bug going around, (it puts most folks to bed for about a week), but I think it usually comes with a fever. One of the other board members at a local soil conservation district meeting last night mentioned that his son came back from a visit to Alaska with what they thought was "jet lag", and then they were surprised when they all came down with "jet lag", (because they hadn't gone anywhere).

I haven't figured out how to determine a bug from a reaction, but I've got the extreme muscle stiffness in the morning and that started before the pure water D. Otherwise my energy is fine...just sick of running to the bathroom. I took pepto Wednesday and Thursday, but that makes my stomach feel a bit icky after some time, so I didn't take anything yesterday and pooped all day long.
My husband asked the same thing. He also thinks I haven't been careful enough about unknowns. He thinks its a delayed reaction to something I ate over the weekend while we were out of town. I know I'm a slow reacter but 2-3 days seems long even for me. All possible I suppose, so I'm on a track of nothing but meat seasoned with herbs, salt and pepper, and plain rice or potatoes for a while. Oh, and fresh veggies from my garden.

Hmmmmmm, that sure sounds like an MC reaction, all right. If the symptoms started on Tuesday, it's certainly not impossible that the reaction was caused by something you ate over the past weekend. Hopefully it will let up this weekend.
