Sirloin Steak Skewers

Sirloin Steak Skewers

1/4 c pure maple syrup
1/4 c "mock" soy sauce
2 tablsp. coconut oil
2 tablsp. seame oil
1 tablsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
Mix above in a plastic bowl.
2 # sirloin steak (cut across the grain into 2" strips.
Add to the marinade and put in the fridg for 6 hours or overnight.
Take 12 wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes and thread the sirloin with
2 sweet onions that have been cut into 6ths, and 2 red peppers that have been cut into chunks or whatever other fresh vegetables that you like.
Grill to your liking. Turn skewers occasionally.
