A Michigan Restaurant That Serves Gluten Free Food - Only
Hi All,
Here's an interesting new concept. At this new restaurant, people with gluten sensitivity can't make a mistake and order the wrong selection, and they never have to worry about cross-contamination, because everything on the menu is gluten free.

If they're successful, maybe this idea will catch on, and we'll see restaurants like this spring up in many locations.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
I know exactly where the location of this restaurant is.
My nephew got married in Sterling Heights and we stayed at a hotel that is close by.
I'll have to check with my sister, who lives in Michigan, when Jack & I go up next Wednesday to go to the Rod Stewart concert.

The bakery I stop at when I go over to Albany for work has signs up asking that no outside food be brought in because of the seriousness of cross contamination. They are mostly a bakery, but do pizza, pasta dishes, beef stew, etc. for quick little meals and have tables there where you could eat in. I'm always in a hurry to head home (it's 2 hours from my house) so I usually just get apple fritters and/or chocolate chip cookies for the road. These types of places really are a treat.
