I was disappointed with Trader Joe's because the GF food was all over the place. DH suggested that it all be in one spot and the person behind the desk said what about the refrigerated food. Gee, she couldn't figure out that there could be a shelf section and a refrigerated section. She'd be perfect to study gastroenterology.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I agree Joan!
Trader Joes doesn't have a specific GF section. Not a very big store and you justhave to shop like you do at a regular grocery store. Pastas in one area, cake or brownies mixes together, etc....
I do know that their organic produce is much cheaper than Whole Foods.
Were you able to find the pancake & waffle mix and the brownie mix????

No, I'm eating frozen waffles and I've never liked pancakes except for potato. I think I threw out our old waffle iron.

I didn't see the brownie mix. I have some decent cookies from the HF store in town. Sweets are my downfall.

I didn't get too much stuff because it was crowded in the store. I should have looked at Heinen's (Green Rd.) where
the GF was in a special section but I thought I'd do better at Trader Joe's.
