Tex how did you get so smart? I have a problem with beef and pork fat ,also spinach,onions and God only knows what. I am having a good few weeks . Been taking fiber supplement (inulin) and it seems to work.

Hi Marilyn,

Thanks for the kind thoughts. I know a little about a lot of things, but I don't know near enough about almost everything. LOL.

I'm not sure why onions cause a problem, but they definitely do bother quite a few of us. Fiber usually makes MC worse, so you may have IBS, in addition to MC, if fiber seems to help.

Well Tex, you are correct I think I have both. Onions -- I read somewhere that some people cannot digest them when they enter the bowel.
