PS. have to add Mr. Louie did it---I have to confess --found the directions to get rid of pop ups---but I am very intimidated by this machine--
so I got down on bended knee and pleaded with L to do it-- 
Polly will remember this too---first time with puter L says dont worry- hit anything--U cant harm it--and I did--including the garbage can---cus I was having fun putting everything into it and did I REALLY understand GET RID OF--noooooooooo--but sure was fun--then I got *what did U do*
like a car---start it --drive--come home---shut down---thats about all I care to know--
