That's a pretty good summary of CD, and rather thorough, also, since they even mention the connection with MC, that some celiacs experience. As is typical of discussions that "go by the book", though, in the section on Management Of Poor Response And Relapse, they fail to mention the possibility of other food intolerances, which is now being recognized as somewhat common among celiacs. (At least it's being recognized among celiacs, even if it's not being recognized by their doctors).
