Diet that is helping me.

Even though I am taking Imuran I found this diet to be helpful for me. I think one could adapt it for gluten free fairly easily.

This looks like a diet that could be soothing to an inflamed gut. I'm glad you're finding it helpful. I see some recommendations that I can consider.
