Joan,

The system shouldn't "kick you off" unless you change your e-mail address, and in that case, it will ask you to verify that address by responding to an e-mail. If you're getting logged out for any other reason, you may need to clear your cookie cache. You can do that by clicking on the link below that says, "Remove cookies set by this forum", and following the on-screen directions.
