Well it certainly was not too swift---and I had to control my *speaking*--as to keep it calm when correcting her--
Anyway---everything gets thrown on the floor---so very nicely I said *Kait why not hang your clothes up --
Kait---why? I always do this at home and *mom* doesnt say anything!!! and she continues to read a book--
NOW--that blew it for me----!!! Kait this is my home --I dont care what U do at your house--so while U are here there is such a thing as RESPECT for me or anyone that approaches U in a nice manner--
There were a few other issues--need not go into----until she said *ya know Grams U are too fussy* and then came *sometimes I dont like U*--I couldnt hold back--Kait.I said, and I dont like your rude ness so perhaps U shouldnt come and spend any weekends here again---
So I closed the bedroom door and told Lou---thats it!!!
He is going with Lynn and Kait next week for the 1st step of the implant---and then the 2nd final implant toward the end of September---
And all tickets for the first football game @ Syracuse--where Kris is attending_ were sold out in JUNE--$125.00 a ticket---so Lynn is going to one in November and I said *have a good time*--
If Kris was a football tackler then I would really be going but sorry--not sitting in the freezing cold--also I am not a football fan--
Sooooo everybody MAD at me cause I wont sit in the cold and yell--Go-GO-GO!! Anyway we are going up to Syracuse ,on the 15th to celebrate Kristyn;s birthday--
It really irks me when a family insist that ALL should LUVE the same goings on as one---
Guess U can tell---I have been walking around QUESTIoning MYSELF---like arent we ALLOWED to have our own likes and dislikes???? And the GANG doesnt have to be grouped together to enjoy life??

Some of these issues are in most families.
I'm glad that you can express yourself on the board.
Maybe I'd feel alot better if I would start to vent or whatever here!
But, I still haven't gotten past the carrying of the burdens by myself yet!

Boy howdy did I relate to this one, Barb!!! My family knows that I just can't handle that kind of activity anymore....my thermostat doesn't work at all if it is hot or cold and I do suffer now when it is cold. so foret second guessing yourself...this is about them!! They are on a learnign curve and don't know it....what works for you and when and what doesn't work for you and when.....it is just the way it is for us now. I enjoy football on our big screen and knitting nearby and a cup of hot tea and my Dh knows he is free to visit live and in person if he wants....but he kinda likes that big screen and replays and a cold beer in hand and stays home with me now. We do try & do one game when we can for the grandkids who play....once in a while. They know I love them but have restraints on my life now that they can choose to understand or not.....it is still our lives!!! not theirs.....
