Campbell Introduces Healthier Soup Line

Post by tex »

This is good news, especially for people with multiple intolerances. Campbell is now offering a line of soups with "healthier", shorter ingredient lists:

I just saw a TV ad for these this morning...pretty cool that they are trying to make a product that is a little less filled with scary things...

I hope it sells well, because then a few other companies might take the hint, and try to cut out some of the junk in various other products.

Good idea, I think I'll check 'em out too, the next time I get to a bigger city. I doubt that they will ever show up on the shelves of these little one-horse towns around here - at least not for a good long while.

You aren't just whistling Dixie about Wal-Mart. I learned all sorts of stuff about them from www.WalMartWatch.com when they were trying to get the money back from that poor sick woman, Debbie Shank, and her family.

I threatened to boycott them and cut up my Sam's card (they give a refund if you aren't happy with the membership.)

I work for Campbell's. But I work on the beverages side - V8, V8 V-Fusion, V8 Splash, Campbell's Tomato Juice.

The V8 V-Fusion makes Camryn's D even worse.

Most of those juices contain the juices of oranges and/or white grapes. One contains peach juce, (high in sorbitol).
