Good evening all;
Just wanted to update everyone on last week's problem. It seems to have passed (ha! ha!) and I am back to entertaining Norman on a daily basis. Last D was Thurs AM. I was miserable most of the day Thurs, saw the GI that afternoon, in the evening the aches, pains, bloating, etc all left without reason - didn't pass gas, have D, etc - it just disappeared. Guess I was cleaned out enough that Sat evening was my next BM and that was normal and has been since that time.
I'm not complaining, and am back to my happy self. I'll try to stay in better contact even though I'm feeling good. I know how important that has been for me in the past, and I want to be supportive to others.
Blessings to all and thanks for the support last week!
Mary

Mary,
Thanks for the update with the good news. I hope whatever it was, stays away forever.
And yes, anytime you have an opportunity to log on, please do. Your help is very much appreciated, as is everyone else's. Nothing is as comforting to a newbie with raging symptoms, as a helpful post by someone who has been there, and was able to achieve remission, and maintain it.
Many thanks,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
