Hi Luce,

Thanks for reminding me. We are planning on July 15th, (two weeks from last Friday).

I don't expect much to happen for a while, since the search engine "web crawlers" will have to locate us, and catalog the site, before they can even list the site. We are completely hidden from them now, so they don't even know that we exist.

The only people likely to find us for a couple weeks or so, after we open, will be those who are aware of us, and search for my old website, (but of course it is currently invisible, also).

Thanks, and I hope you have a great fourth, also. It's beginning to appear that I'll be spending mine, taking it easy, and trying to recover from eating way too much fried catfish at our family get-together, earlier tonight.

Luce, asked a question I was wondering about too.

This site is incredible, and the future looks bright. Here's to you all!

Wayne, we've come a long way with this forum for sufferers of Microscopic Colitis - everything works wonderfully well thanks to your hard work and dedication.

:yourock:

I am looking forward to "going public" on July 15th.
Thank you so much for creating this SPACE, it is so cool

Love,
Karen

P.S. Wishing everyone a Happy 4th!! (Inserting Fireworks emoticon here.)

July 15th, here we come! :circle:

Yes, thanks Wayne for all you have done. The board looks terrific! And it is so wonderful all being together again.

I hope everyone will take a few minutes before we go public to review the info in all of the forums. There is already a WEALTH of great info, to which newbies can be readily referred. This should make it easier on us - we don't have to keep "re-inventing the wheel" when certain topics arise. In many cases we can just point out where the info exists and invite questions.

Also, please add any info you'd like - we definitely need more experiences with meds and diets in those respective forums. I think it is so helpful for newbies to read our personal stories. It gives them treatment ideas and HOPE.

Have a wonderful 4th everyone! I'm off to a parade and then tonight to the beach to visit MIL for 2 days.

FRIED catfish, Wayne???? :???: How do you fix it so that you can eat it?

Love,

Polly

Hi Polly,

We use a breading based on rice flour, with some GF, DF, CF, etc., seasoning, and fry it in peanut oil.

Sounds Yummy to me, Wayne. I love fried foods (coming from Ga. - what else!!).

Hope you are doing OK today and didn't overdo it too much.

We are going to Bill's sister's house for a picnic and fireworks tonight. They will have marinated chicken cooked outside on the grill and lots of other stuff - lots of which I shouldn't eat. I am always elected to bring pies. Taking a little break from cooking right now.
