Thought I'd check in and try to catch up a bit on the posts...... Read a lot but did not get through them all.........
I am doing OK, but really dreading going back to Florida. I hope it's better than I seem to think it will be.
Mike is still here (as anticipated) and bow season starts Saturday. Also, my daughter & her husband (Pam & Todd) will arrive on Sat. Their plane is due in at 4:30 PM. They will staying a week. It sure has helped having Mike around and looking forward to Pam & Todd.
Mom is still hating it here. Still cold (with more reason now) and she fell this AM. Has a pretty bruised arm but no breaks (thank goodness). She takes a spill 2 or 3 times a year usually. I'm glad her bones are strong. She is too stubborn to use any kind of walking aid. Sorry, didn't mean to spout off. It was just upsetting.
The barn is now cleaned out of all (or most) useless objects and the remainder is "organized" so I can actually find things now. Same for the garage. Seems to be a lot more room in there now...... Basement is cleaned out if not "organized". HaHa Several other "chores" are done but we may put Pam & Todd to work next week and see if we can get the house painted!!!
I'll try to check in again in a week or two.
Love, Shirley

Hi Shirley,
Wow! You have some pretty ambitious projects in the works, (I think it's quite reasonable to consider painting a house to be an ambitious project), but it sounds like you're making good progress.
I hope the weather cooperates, so that you can get everything done that you're planning.
Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
