I just got back from a trip to whole foods and found a delicious new gluten, dairy, soy, egg and grain free food. It is from Laughing Giraffe Organics. They have many different flavors and combinations using different nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and in some cases sprouted buckwheat. I purchased the walnut, pecan,cherry, ginger, gluten free granola. It sounds like it would be really hard and crunchy but it's actually relatively soft. I see it is all raw so that may be why. Really really delicious. There was another similar product that I didn't pick up called Lydia's Organics. They used similar ingredients...a lot with figs as the main ingredient. I will try some other time.
