GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, it's so frustrating to take one step forward and then a few back.............
Remember not to overdue - take yourself to "almost" tired and then back off for the next few weeks. You can make your muscles sore by doing that - you don't realize what muscles you use for normal things until you've had surgery!
The "green" might be from the anestesia (???) or - it could be a virus of some sort - it sure is hitting around here.
Take care - you'll be back to whatever normal is ( ) soon!

PS - use that pillow by pressing against your incisions before coughing or laughing - I am suprised they didn't tell you that in the hospital! Grrrrr - substandard care really ticks me off!

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha
Hi Wayne,
Take care of yourself and perhaps lower the expectations of your recovery. I had a c-section, then 2 months later, I had my gall bladder removed. The 2nd surgery's recovery was much longer and painful.
Maybe you should load up at the library and get lost in some good books while your body heals. (Have someone carry the books to your car)
Take it easy!!
