You have every right to be upset. He not only does not understand MC, and is not on your side, but he's arrogant and defensive enough about his ignorance, to make a cruel and absolutely unnecessary remark, in order to try to intimidate you. Only a dumbass would do that. "Real" doctors would never do that, IMO.

I'm glad the t-shirt was a hit. If we ever redesign the logo on those shirts, we may want to add a " No Doctors" icon. LOL.

You've got a good point there. Out here in the country, we only have to worry about the bugs that we can see - the ones that we can't see usually behave themselves. LOL.
