Joan---dont remember the name but he took our phone number and called us back the next day to see how things were---and yes he is in India

Half the time they were chit chatting about life in general---

But they know their business

It was a joke. They all (at least the Dell techs) have American names to go along with their Indian accents.

How funny you should talk about the american names. Every time I have to transfer to another line of business at work, I get Jack or ron or someone like that.
