. . . No D, so apparently the D that I had the night after eating Rice Chex a few days ago, was due to some unknown cause. That's why I always try to double check results on these trials, because you never know when something might come along to confound the results. I'm going to continue to eat it for breakfast, a couple of times per week, unless something happens to change my mind.

I'm continuing to eat it 2-3 times per week with no consequences.

It's still working fine for me to but at the most I eat it once a week.
