Sunflower Crackers

Sunflower Crackers

1 cup Sunflower Seeds, raw (grind in food processor)
1/2 cup Coconut, Shredded
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
Seasoning Salt (optional)

Grease cookie sheet. Combine seeds, coconut, water and xanthan gum. Pat dough onto greased cookie sheet. Place wax paper on the top of dough. Roll dough to edges of cookie sheet, no less than 1/8 inch thick. Remove wax paper. Score with knife in wheatever shapes you like. Sprinkle with seasoning or salt. Place in cold oven, heat oven to 300° and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes, then remove crackers from cookie sheet. Hint:
