My action filled Morning

Post by annie oakley »

Mike had the day off preparing for this weekend of BBQ ing and Barn wall raising while I had to go to work. I got my :coffee: and hit the road. It was very dark still even with the full moon. I got maybe 2 miles from the house when out of no where runs this cute little :bunny: I could see him and I started to swerve becasue he stopped and hunkered down in the middle of the road :driving: what am I to do?? Well I thought he was getting up to hop away and he jumped right into the front of the truck. I hate when that happenes and I swear that rabbit had to jump 5 feet in the air before he committed suicide. So I go about 3 more miles and a big Doe runs up from the ditch on my right. I just got my heart out of my throat from the rabbit. I started pouring on the brakes, heading toward the ditch the doe decides to kick up her hind legs which twisted her butt just over the center line a bit and away from the truch which is now coming back toward the center line , So I barley missed her and again had my heart in my throat. :pulsinghearts: And here I am thinking I should have stayed in Bed. I was on the interstate when I heard a clicking noise and a scraping sound. All My gauges are showing the truck is fine. :banned: I finally got to San Angelo and went to fill up with fuel. I looked all around the truck, and when I got to the front, there is a piece of plastic this fits across the whole bottom of the bumper that the rabbit knocked loose and it was scaping the hwy as I flew at 73 mi per hour down the hwy. :weirdnana: I was never so glad not to see that rabbit hanging there. That was my morning. we won't talk about the nuts on the phone at all. Love to all Oma :bricks:
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance

Thats truly a new way of translating the saying;"Crash and Burn!"
OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your staying inside away from any highways or roads for the rest of the day. :coach: I think I would let someone else do the driving for the next couple days. LOL

Love and God Bless:
