Sorry, am I too late to vote on this topic? I'd love to meet you all. I've never been to Las Vegas and this would be a good excuse. Also, Orlando works for me, but not in the summer. Been there, done that, almost died of heat exhaustion.

Wouldn't advise going to SA during Fiesta celebration. Think the RiverWalk is decorated for Christmas, isn't it Wayne? Always full of conventioners year round, I think.
My sister's going there next week and goes quite often, but this will be her first trip as an M-I, so I'll see if she finds anywhere that doesn't put wheat in the corn tortillas. If they're authentic, that shouldn't happen -- just use the Masa, not a mix from a can.
