Anyone Interested In A Chat Monday Evening? :gathering:

Post by tex »

Hi all,

We haven't had any chats in a while, so I thought I might try to arrange one for tomorrow evening, (Monday), say at 8 pm Eastern time, 7 pm Central, 5 pm Pacific time? I believe this would be at 10 am in Brisbane, Australia, on Tuesday morning, and 1 am, Tuesday morning, in Edinburgh, Scotland, in case anyone there has time to join in.

See you there, if you can make it.

I'm in classes all night, so I won't be able to make it this time, but I'll be thinking of you!

Hi Wayne,

Sorry that I missed out on the chat last week. I actually would have been asleep, even if I had known about it. I have been put on very strong pain relief drugs, Oxycodone, & they make me very sleepy, especially the slow release ones.

Will there be another chat next week? If there is I will try to stay awake next Tuesday morning. I have to go to Sydney for the weekend & am hoping that I can get by on a lower dose for a couple of days. I don't want to get too used to this stuff anyway because I believe it can be addictive.

Love

Liz

Sorry to hear you're having a lot of pain. Hope you'll get better soon. Have fun in Sydney.

Hi Liz,

It's good to hear from you. Those must be some pretty potent pills. I hope they're doing the job.

If you feel up to a chat, next week, that would be great. If another day would be better for you, we could change the timing, and a chat could be scheduled for just about any day, I suppose. Just let me know - otherwise, I'll leave the timing unchanged. For that matter, we could change the starting hour, if necessary, but we don't have as much leeway there, since you're 15 hours ahead of us.

I hope your pain will go away, so that you won't be needing those pills, in the future, and I hope you can thoroughly enjoy your trip to Sydney.

Love,
Tex
