If we want to repond to a Medical Profile should we do it on the general
message board, or in the profile room.

I think you might want to respond here and put the person's name in the topic so they don't miss it. I think the discussion should be here and the profiles should just be updated by each individual. Just my .02 cents.

Re: Here
That's why I like journals. That way people can respond directly to that instead of in a separate thread. Makes it easier to find and for someone else to see the link who may not be following the discussion if it's in a separate thread. Especially down the road when that post gets lost further back on pages.Peggy wrote:I think you might want to respond here and put the person's name in the topic so they don't miss it. As a newbie on the old site I found it very difficult to find info on my own. People were extreemly helpful and answered my questions directly, but I probably missed out on things due to the discontinuity of the old site.

I think I agree with Peg, that the medical journals should just be updated by the individual who it belongs to - the discussion could take place on the general discussion board.
I also agree with Mike - your point of continuity is good. I didn't realize that you want comments/responses in your journal. Some people may not want to make a journal, though and they can still have a medical profile that they update once in a while.
Anyone confused yet

Yeah, I keep a workout log (similar to a journal) and people remark about things I'm doing, maybe things to do differently, or just positive notes to help me when I'm not doing so well. I think that something here along those lines would be great, well at least for me and perhaps for others.moremuscle wrote:I also agree with Mike - your point of continuity is good. So I would welcome comments in my journal. :)
