what are some good vitamin to invest in? I know omega is good to get but with other ones to get.

Hi!!!!
This is my suggestions :
A good multi-vitamin ( over 50 you don't need any with iron unless you are a vegetarian) Also check the ingredients if you have intolerances.
The multi will also help if you are low in B-12 and folic acid. I think a multi helps too if you have a malabsorption problem and you aren't getting the needed vitamins and minerals in your diet.
Caltrate 600 with 500 IU's of vitamin D3. ( Take 2 calcium with the vitamin D and 1-1,000 extra of vitamin D3 in the am and do the same after your dinner in the evening.
Personally, since it was recommended to me by Dr. Fine, I also supplement with a probiotic. I take DDSPlus which is dairy free. 2 in the am before breakfast. If I have to take an antibiotic I up the probiotic by 1 and take it 3 hours after taking the probiotic.

I guess some work for some and not for others...

I found a combo of calcium...vit d and iron helps...also vit b complex(all the bs)
multivitamins..and omega 3 not 6.. been taking them daily and i have to say when i miss them i get symptoms of sore bones and muscles, tiredness and grouchyness back. Try some and see whats good for ya!!
